Return of Items Not Ordered
If you received a different part than what was ordered Wholesale Appliance Supplies is to be notified within 10 days of delivery with photos of the part received to be included in the notification. Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please do not open the sealed packaging that the part was sent to you in. Should you attempt to use the part you received than a return of this part will not be accepted.
In the event that a different part is sent, the correct part will be sent within one business day of us being notified. Should the item not be in stock it will be ordered within one business day of us receiving notification. Should a refund be required it will be issued within one business day on receipt of the returned item.
Return of Damaged or Faulty Items
Wholesale Appliance Supplies is proud to offer our customers quality products. We will endeavour to supply you with the product you have ordered in good condition; however, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers. If you received an item/s that are damaged or faulty please email us at sales@appliancesupplies.com.au with photos of the damaged or faulty item/s (where possible) within 14 days of delivery. On receipt of your email and photos we will then advise if the item/s needs to be returned.
If a return is required the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery for either a replacement or refund. If a replacement for the damaged or faulty item/s is required, it will be despatched within two business days from when the item/s being regarded as damaged or faulty. Should this item be no longer in stock it will be ordered within one business day of the item/s being regarded as damaged or faulty. If a refund is required it will be issued within one business day of the item/s being received back into the warehouse and/or within one business day of the item/s being regarded as damaged or faulty.
Return of Electrical Items that have been fitted
All Electrical items must be fitted by a properly qualified person (a person qualified to carry out electrical repairs). Should you wish to return an electrical item that has been fitted you must be able to demonstrate that the work carried out using the part was done by a qualified person or business. Electrical items cannot be replaced or refunded if they were fitted and did not fix the issue they were purchased for. If we determine the electrical item is faulty, we will replace it.
Return of Incorrectly Ordered Items
If an item is ordered incorrectly or by mistake, Wholesale Appliance Supplies are to be notified within 14 days of delivery. Returns are valid only if the part is returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Parts are to be returned as per our return process and a refund of the original purchase price (minus postage and any associated fees (paypal etc) will be issued upon receipt of the item.

If you need to return a part please contact us by email: enquiries@appliancesupplies.com.au. If your request is approved we will advise you on how to get your return back to us.
If the item received is not what was ordered or the item is received damaged or faulty and requires return, we will be happy to pay the return postage. If the item has just been ordered incorrectly or by mistake we ask the customer to pay the return freight cost.
